John stars as Detective Jonathan Berger in the award winning independent film, "Unwelcome Advances".  The film has won numerous awards in the worldwide festival circuit, including Best Film, Best Screenplay, Best Director, and Best Actor.  Additionally, John composed the film score and co-wrote the theme song, "Don't Come For Mine" with creator Ricardo Alvarado.  "Don't Come For Mine" has won Best Song and Runner Up in several film festivals.

 

John co-stars in the series finale of HBO's Boardwalk Empire.  Watch John in the final episode of Season 5, entitled "Eldorado", where he plays the mysterious figure who has a dire run-in with Nucky Thompson in the critical final scene.

 

John co-stars as Matt in the award winning short film Next Act.  John plays a major supporting role as the agent and best friend of Reggie, a comedian who has lost his edge and is down on his luck.  The film has been featured in the festival circuit throughout the U.S.
